本研究针对野生型（wild type）与杂合E2-2小鼠来源的浆细胞样树突状细胞（plasmacytoid dendritic cells, pDCs）的表达谱展开分析。结果证实，E2-2对pDC富集基因的表达具有调控作用。关键词：全基因组表达分析（Genome-wide expression analysis）。本实验同时采用了野生型与杂合型pDC的生物学重复样本。
