Plant, fungal, bacterial, and nitrogen interactions in the litter layer of the Patagonian forest. A 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA amplicon sequencing analysis to determine the effects of home field advantage and nitrogen fertilization on the decomposer fungal and bacterial communities.
