紫外-C(UV-C)已被应用于提升采后葡萄浆果的品质,本研究揭示了其调控葡萄品质发育过程的转录组与代谢组学基础。本研究选取红葡萄品种‘紫脆’(Zicui)与白葡萄品种‘香妃’(Xiangfei)的浆果作为实验材料,以评估短期与长期UV-C照射的处理效果。
