Transcriptomic and metabolomic basis of short- and long-term postharvest UV-C application on regulating grape berries quality development

紫外-C（UV-C）已被应用于提升采后葡萄浆果的品质，本研究揭示了其调控葡萄品质发育过程的转录组与代谢组学基础。本研究选取红葡萄品种‘紫脆’（Zicui）与白葡萄品种‘香妃’（Xiangfei）的浆果作为实验材料，以评估短期与长期UV-C照射的处理效果。
