本XLSX格式数据集包含三类差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs）：其一为辐射暴露后1天的差异表达基因，存储于工作表"DEGs_one_day_post_rad"中；其二为辐射暴露后晚期响应相关差异表达基因，存储于工作表"DEGs_>100days_post_rad"中；其三为已鉴定的氧化应激相关差异表达基因，存储于工作表"Ox_Stress_DEGs"中。所有差异表达基因均按基因名（Gene_name）、log₂(倍数变化)（log2(FoldChange)）与错误发现率（False Discovery Rate, FDR）三列进行列示。
