Genome sequences from different classes in Ascomycota, including Lichinomycetes, Lecanoromycetes, Arthoniomycete and Dothideomycetes, which were used in a comparative study of genomic functional annotations to trace an ancestral symbiotic origin within Dothidiomycota.
