为探究转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor β1, TGFβ1)对前列腺基质细胞的调控效应,我们首先从5例良性前列腺增生样本中分离得到原代前列腺基质细胞。随后借助RNA测序(RNA sequencing, RNA-seq)与生物信息学分析方法,揭示了TGFβ1刺激前列腺基质细胞(prostatic stromal cells, PrSCs)相关的关键通路与核心基因。本数据集针对经与未经TGFβ1刺激的原代前列腺基质细胞的RNA-seq数据开展对比分析。
