2007 Malaspina University-College Library LibQUAL+ survey data

Data from the 2007 LibQUAL+ survey conducted at the Malaspina University-College (now Vancouver Island University) Library. LibQUAL+ surveys measure dimensions of perceived library quality. Survey questions are grouped together in broader categories (dimensions) and scores within those categories are analyzed in order to form general observations about library users' perceptions of service. VIU Library has released LibQUAL data from 2007 and 2012.
