Mortality GWAS output

Output of GWAS for mortality, including effect size and p-values for each SNP. Can be used as input for geneticvariation_and_GWASannotate.R to look at significant SNPs (based on gwas.mort.significance.permutations.p001.txt) and perform GO term analysis.<br>

本数据集为死亡率相关全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）的输出结果，包含每个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）的效应量与p值。该数据集可作为geneticvariation_and_GWASannotate.R的输入文件，用于基于gwas.mort.significance.permutations.p001.txt筛选显著SNP，并开展基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）术语分析。
