Single-cell RNA-sequencing of spleen memory CD4+ T cells

We performed a single-cell transcriptome analysis of 3 biological independent splenic samples from pooled mice sorted for LCMV-specific memory CD4 T cells. Overall design: Cells negative for dump and positive for CD4, CD44 and gp66 were sorted for each replicate, and used for single cell RNA Seq (10x genomics platform)

本研究从汇集小鼠的3份生物学独立脾脏样本中，分选得到淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒（Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis Virus，LCMV）特异性记忆CD4 T细胞，并对其开展单细胞转录组分析。实验设计概述：每份生物学重复均分选得到排除标记阴性、同时表达CD4、CD44及gp66的细胞，随后依托10x Genomics平台完成单细胞RNA测序。
