We demonstrated that Pyk2 is a novel fear memory suppressor molecule and Pyk2 null mice provide a model for understanding fear-related disorders. Study for Pyk2 suppresses contextual fear memory in an autophosphorylation-independent manner used RNA-seq experiments of hippocampus from WT,Pyk2 KO at basal conditioning before fear conditioning.
本研究证实,富脯氨酸酪氨酸激酶2(Pyk2)是一种新型恐惧记忆抑制分子,Pyk2敲除小鼠可作为探究恐惧相关疾病的理想动物模型。为阐明Pyk2以不依赖自身磷酸化的方式抑制情境恐惧记忆的分子机制,本研究对恐惧条件化前的基础条件化阶段的野生型(Wild Type,简称WT)与Pyk2敲除(Knock Out,简称KO)小鼠的海马体组织开展了RNA测序(RNA sequencing,简称RNA-seq)实验。
