Drosophila melanogaster Ensembl transcripts for local BLAST

This is a database prepared from all Ensembl transcripts (from all known and predicted genes) from Drosophila melanogaster. I used it to annotate microarray probes for the Bryk et al (2017) and I also use it to teach how to run a local BLAST. 本数据库基于黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）所有已知及预测基因的Ensembl转录本（Ensembl transcript）构建而成。本数据集曾用于为Bryk等人2017年研究中的微阵列探针（microarray probe）进行注释，同时也被用于讲授如何运行本地BLAST（Basic Local Alignment Search Tool）。本数据库配套的教程可在github.com/jarekbryk/localblast获取。
