The sample consisted of 243 Peruvian teachers. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the research hypotheses. Results show that mindfulness and affective states sequentially mediated the relationship between workload and burnout at both times, but only affective states mediated the relationship between social support and engagement at both times.

本研究样本共包含243名秘鲁教师。本研究采用结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)对研究假设进行检验。结果表明,在两次测量时点中,正念与情感状态均对工作负荷与职业倦怠之间的关系起到序列中介作用;而仅情感状态在两次测量时点中均对社会支持与工作投入之间的关系起到中介作用。
