美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale，NIHSS）、阿尔伯塔卒中项目早期CT评分（Alberta Stroke Program Early Computed Tomography Score，ASPECTS）、大脑中动脉第一分支（First branch of middle cerebral artery，M1）与大脑中动脉第二分支（Second branch of middle cerebral artery，M2）。本研究针对急性缺血性脑卒中患者，对其90天良好预后的影响因素开展多因素分析。
