Spread the seeds of Juncus articulatus L. on 1/2MS medium and place them under full light and darkness for five days, respectively; the control group is not spread on 1/2MS and is kept under full light for five days.

将节茎灯心草（Juncus articulatus L.）的种子播撒于1/2MS培养基上，分别置于全光照与黑暗环境中培养五天；对照组未将种子播撒于1/2MS培养基上，且保持全光照条件培养五天。
