Relativistic fluid dynamic simulation code CLVisc has been used to describe the de-correlation of event planes and anisotropic flows in high energy heavy ion collisions. The data are from viscous hydro simulations with shear viscosity eta/s=0.16 and AMPT initial condition. <br>The CLVisc is a (3+1)D viscous hydrodynamic program parallelized on GPU using OpenCL.
