Data for evolutive analysis of insulin related peptides in bilaterian species (Data in Brief)

The dataset provides a list of hyperlinks to insulin-related peptides NCBI ID originating from various metazoan species. For each sequence, the key motif of the A chain associated to the number and position of disulphide bonds was specified. The structural type, the total number of cysteins, the cleavage of C peptide and the possible additional domains were also indicated.

本数据集提供了一系列超链接，指向各类后生动物来源的胰岛素相关肽的NCBI编号（NCBI ID）。针对每条序列，均明确标注了与二硫键数量及位置相关的A链关键基序；此外还标注了其结构类型、半胱氨酸总数量、C肽的剪切情况以及可能存在的额外结构域。
