RNAseq was performed on sciatic nerves from controls and Krox20 mutants to elucidate the role of Krox20 inthe myelinisation process. Overall design: Sciatic nerve mRNA profiles of 14-day old wild type (WT) and Krox20 mutant mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using an Illumina Nextseq500.
为阐明Krox20在髓鞘形成过程中的作用,本研究对对照组与Krox20突变小鼠的坐骨神经开展了RNA测序(RNAseq)。实验整体设计:采用Illumina Nextseq500测序平台,通过深度测序获取14日龄野生型(wild type, WT)小鼠及Krox20突变小鼠的坐骨神经mRNA表达谱,每组设置3次生物学重复。
