continuous cropping induced transcriptional response in Codonopsis tangshen

The growth and development of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv. (C. tangshen Oliv.) is seriously affected by continuous cropping. The effects of continuous cropping on transcriptome profile of C. tangshen was examined. Candidate genes involved in the continuous cropping response of C. tangshen were identified.

川党参（Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.，下文简称C. tangshen Oliv.）的生长发育会受到连作的严重负面影响。本研究考察了连作对川党参转录组谱（transcriptome profile）的影响，并鉴定出参与其连作响应的候选基因。
