本数据集针对保藏于慕尼黑工业大学(Technische Universität München, TUM)实验室菌种库的金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)菌株NCTC 8325的基因组多态性展开分析,包含三类实验样本:一是野生型(Wild Type, WT)原始保藏菌株;二是在脑心浸液肉汤(Brain Heart Infusion, BHI)培养基中连续传代30次后的菌株(标记为D);三是经30次传代后对异氰化物类化合物I16的最低抑菌浓度(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, MIC)提升4倍的菌株。该实验组设置3个生物学重复(分别标记为A、B、C),实验结束后每个重复选取3个独立菌落进行测序。所有测序数据均通过Illumina鸟枪基因组测序技术获取,并以该菌株的参考基因组(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NC_007795.1/)为参照进行序列比对与分析。
