X-ray Tomography of Reusable Face Mask

The reusable mask sample was scanned by lab-based X-ray micro-scale CT scanner (Zeiss Xradia 620 Versa, Carl Zeiss Inc.). 1601 projections were obtained for the specimen. The standard reconstruction algorithm is used to reconstruct sample. The voxel resolution at 350 nm with the narrower (ca. 350 μm x 350 μm) field of view was achieved.

本可重复使用掩模样品经由实验室级X射线显微计算机断层扫描仪（Zeiss Xradia 620 Versa，卡尔蔡司公司）完成扫描。该样品共采集得到1601幅投影图像。采用标准重建算法对样品进行图像重建。在视场范围缩小至约350 μm × 350 μm的条件下，最终实现了350 nm的体素分辨率。
