Genetic characteristics of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus third-stage dispersal juveniles

To characterize the trehalose metabolism gene transcript patterns in different PWNs stages, 24 cDNA libraries of PWNs were constructed and sequenced. An average of 23.36 Mb clean reads was obtained for each sample. After removing the low-quality reads, more than 23 million reads for each sample were obtained.

为解析不同发育阶段松材线虫（Pine Wood Nematode, PWN）的海藻糖代谢基因转录谱，研究人员构建并测序了24个松材线虫cDNA文库。每个样本平均可获得总碱量达23.36 Mb的清洁读段；经低质量读段过滤后，单样本的有效读段数量均超过2300万条。
