The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of 2-aminoimidazoles on M. tuberculosis transcriptional responese. M. tuberculosis H37Rv was cultured in 7H9 media to an OD600 of 0.4 then treated with 125 µM 2B8 for 2 and 24 h. Following treatment, RNA was isolated from the bacterial cultures and used for RNA-seq.

本研究旨在探究2-氨基咪唑类化合物对结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,缩写M. tuberculosis)转录应答的影响。将结核分枝杆菌H37Rv接种于7H9培养基中培养至600nm光密度(OD600)为0.4,随后以125 μM的2B8分别处理2小时与24小时。处理结束后,从细菌培养物中分离RNA,用于RNA测序(RNA-seq)。
