麻醉学是研究疾病、创伤、应激等多要素交互作用下，生命内在响应模式、表征及演变规律的一门科学。围术期是麻醉医疗活动的时续性表述，其核心内涵包括手术患者全过程高维度特征捕获与监测，生理性稳态维持与调控，支持伤害耐受与生理可逆性恢复。针对老年患者并存疾病多、耐受性低、重要脏器易损、恢复性差的特征，设计麻醉、护理、营养等多学科协同路径和技术配装方案，通过示范应用拓展脆弱和极脆弱生命稳态调控区间，减少不良事件、提升卫生经济学效益是本研究核心工作任务。通过构建围手术期医-护-患交互服务云数据平台，在全国六大行政区多家医疗机构收集人口学特征、标准化并存疾病诊断及检查结果，针对老年围手术特殊危险事件采用个性化的术中优化方案和术后干预方案等数据。通过数据的标准化、统一化管理，形成标准的老年围手术期数据库及医-护-患交互服务云数据平台，实现了临床研究、基础研究、技术示范等多方位的无缝链接， 使规范的诊疗技术示范到了不同地区、不同等级的医院，为临床人员提供了方便的数据采集处理的平台，为基础 研究人员提供了临床的需求和目标，也为产业机构提供了研发的方向和目标。

Anesthesiology is a science that studies the intrinsic response patterns, characteristics, and evolution laws of life under the interaction of multiple factors such as disease, trauma, and stress. The perioperative period is a temporal continuity description of anesthetic medical activities, whose core connotations include high-dimensional feature capture and monitoring throughout the entire process of surgical patients, maintenance and regulation of physiological homeostasis, and support for injury tolerance and reversible physiological recovery. Aiming at the characteristics of elderly patients such as multiple comorbidities, low tolerance, vulnerable vital organs, and poor recoverability, the core tasks of this study include designing multidisciplinary collaborative pathways (such as anesthesia, nursing, and nutrition) and technical configuration schemes, expanding the regulatory range of homeostasis for fragile and extremely fragile lives through demonstration applications, reducing adverse events, and improving health economic benefits. By constructing a cloud data platform for perioperative doctor-nurse-patient interactive services, data such as demographic characteristics, standardized comorbidity diagnoses and examination results, as well as personalized intraoperative optimization schemes and postoperative intervention schemes for special risk events in elderly perioperative patients, are collected from multiple medical institutions in six major administrative regions across the country. Through standardized and unified management of data, a standard elderly perioperative database and a cloud data platform for doctor-nurse-patient interactive services are formed, realizing seamless connections in multiple aspects such as clinical research, basic research, and technical demonstrations. This enables the demonstration of standardized diagnosis and treatment technologies in hospitals of different regions and levels, provides a convenient data collection and processing platform for clinical staff, offers clinical needs and goals for basic researchers, and also provides R&D directions and goals for industrial institutions.
