We report the differentially expressed genes among people with PAD Progression, PAD no progression compared to non-PAD. Overall design: Gastrocnemius muscle biopsies were obtained from 7 people with PAD progression, 6 with PAD- and no progression, and 7 people without PAD matched by sex and race. This study characterized differential gene expression in gastrocnemius muscle biopsies from people with PAD compared to those without PAD. Differences in gene expression were compared between people with PAD who had progression of disease over six months versus those without progression of disease over six months.
