以桐油为原料,经低压催化水解和酯交换反应分别制得桐油酸和桐酸甲酯,二者与丙烯腈通过自由基乳液聚合,制备无规羧基桐腈橡胶。经调整桐油酸、桐酸甲酯和丙烯腈的配比,研究各组份的协同效应,有序地调节无规羧基桐腈橡胶的粘度、极性和酸值等参数,制得的无规羧基桐腈橡胶,以不同质量比接枝双酚A环氧树脂,制备一系列强度、韧性可调控的可挠环氧树脂。
Using tung oil as the raw material, eleostearic acid and methyl eleostearate were respectively prepared via low-pressure catalytic hydrolysis and transesterification reactions. These two intermediates were then copolymerized with acrylonitrile through free-radical emulsion polymerization to fabricate random carboxylated tung-based nitrile rubber. By adjusting the mass ratios of eleostearic acid, methyl eleostearate and acrylonitrile, the synergistic effects of each component were investigated, and key parameters including the viscosity, polarity and acid value of the as-synthesized random carboxylated tung-based nitrile rubber were systematically tuned. The as-prepared random carboxylated tung-based nitrile rubber was further grafted with bisphenol A epoxy resin at varying mass ratios, yielding a series of flexible epoxy resins with tunable mechanical strength and toughness.
