High grade glioma methylation analysis using bisulfite and oxidative bisulfite-treatment

Bisulfite and oxidative bisulfite treated sample methylation analysis of IDH1 mutant and wild-type high grade human gliomas, to profile 5-methylcytosine (5mC) and 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC). Genomic DNA isolated directly from fresh-frozen human high grade glioma specimens. IDH1 mutant samples n = 12; IDH1 wild-type samples n = 9. No technical replicates performed.

本数据集针对IDH1突变型与野生型高级别人脑胶质瘤，开展亚硫酸氢盐（bisulfite）及氧化亚硫酸氢盐（oxidative bisulfite）处理样本的甲基化分析，以表征5-甲基胞嘧啶（5-methylcytosine, 5mC）与5-羟甲基胞嘧啶（5-hydroxymethylcytosine, 5hmC）的分布特征。实验所用基因组DNA直接从新鲜冰冻的高级别人脑胶质瘤标本中提取，其中IDH1突变型样本共12例，IDH1野生型样本共9例，未开展技术重复实验。
