ChIP-Seq_PETAL

To test Pbodies (anibodies screened from PETAL) for more applications, we performed ChIP-seq with selected Pbodies. ChIP-seq assays in HepG2 for Pbodies against SMRC1, SATB1 and NFIC were carried out. Overall design: ChIP-seq assays in HepG2 for Pbodies against three transcript factors (SMRC1, SATB1 and NFIC) were carried out. The results were compared with published data using commercial ChIP-seq antibodies.

为验证从PETAL中筛选得到的Pbodies（抗体）的更多应用潜力，我们选取目标Pbodies开展染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）实验。本次实验在HepG2细胞中完成，针对的是靶向SMRC1、SATB1及NFIC的Pbodies。实验整体设计如下：在HepG2细胞中开展针对3种转录因子（SMRC1、SATB1及NFIC）的Pbodies ChIP-seq检测，并将所得结果与已发表的商业化ChIP-seq抗体检测数据进行比对分析。
