该数据通过采集浙江地区用户对实验耗材的历史采购情况,根据历史采购情况计算需求趋势,进而预测得出未来浙江地区用户对实验耗材的需求数据。对实验耗材生产厂家而言,其通过该数据可以优化生产计划,针对浙江地区用户制定更详实的生产计划,合理调配资源,避免库存积压或供应不足;也有助于在浙江区域提前布局市场,制定针对性的销售策略,抢占市场份额,提升销售业绩。1、数据来源:采集了浙江地区购买实验耗材(试管、毛细管、吸附管、分析柱等类似实验用耗材)的销售合同号(已匿名化处理),合同币种,客户编号(已匿名化处理),省市区,交货日期,总价(元),商品类型。 2、数据处理: 通过统计每个月浙江地区实验耗材交易总价得到该地区逐月的月订单金额; 统计浙江地区在实验耗材上过去30天需求额,过去90天需求额,过去180天需求额,预测未来180天需求额S,S=((过去180天需求额/180)×A+(过去90天需求额/90)×B+(过去30天需求额/30)×C)×180×I。其中,A,B,C为定义系数,为了体现该公式的长期趋势,A=0.5,B=0.3,C=0.2;I为通过逐月的月订单金额计算得到的增长系数,I=1.04; 3、数据应用:根据预测浙江地区对实验耗材的需求数据,可以指导生产厂家在浙江地区的生产销售以及库存调配,避免资源浪费。

This dataset is generated by collecting historical procurement records of laboratory consumables from users in Zhejiang Province, calculating demand trends based on these historical records, and then predicting future demand data for laboratory consumables among users in Zhejiang Province. For laboratory consumables manufacturers, this dataset can be used to optimize production planning, formulate more detailed production plans for users in Zhejiang, rationally allocate resources, and avoid inventory overstock or supply shortages. It also helps to pre-layout the market in Zhejiang, develop targeted sales strategies, seize market share and improve sales performance. 1. Data Source: Collected anonymized sales contract numbers, contract currencies, anonymized customer numbers, provincial, municipal and district-level locations, delivery dates, total prices (in RMB), and commodity types for laboratory consumables (including test tubes, capillary tubes, adsorption tubes, analytical columns and other similar laboratory consumables) purchased by users in Zhejiang Province. 2. Data Processing: First, count the total monthly transaction value of laboratory consumables in Zhejiang Province to obtain the monthly order amount of the region; Then, calculate the demand amount of laboratory consumables in Zhejiang Province over the past 30 days, past 90 days and past 180 days, and predict the 180-day future demand S using the following formula: S = ((180-day past demand / 180) × A + (90-day past demand / 90) × B + (30-day past demand / 30) × C) × 180 × I. Where A, B and C are predefined coefficients. To reflect the long-term trend of the formula, the values are set as A=0.5, B=0.3 and C=0.2 respectively; I is the growth coefficient calculated from the monthly order amounts, with a fixed value of 1.04. 3. Data Application: Based on the predicted demand data of laboratory consumables in Zhejiang Province, manufacturers can guide their production, sales and inventory allocation in the Zhejiang region, thereby avoiding resource waste.
