Dataset for "Characterizing Subjects Exposed to Humidifier Disinfectants Using Computed-Tomography-Based Latent Traits: A Deep Learning Approach"

"df_AllData.csv" contains the factor scores, clinical, and imaging data. "HD_subj_histogram_08052020_80Embedding_all.csv" contains the pattern histogram of each subjects. The pattern histograms were extracted from CT images using a deep learning model called CAE-FC.
