HHOD

To provide a convenient and comprehensive platform for research on human hypothalamus organoids, we present the HHOD (Human Hypothalamus Organoids Database), a web-based single-cell transcriptomic database of human hypothalamus organoids. The HHOD contains data from 11 organoids, including controls, BD lithium responders (LR), BD lithium non-responders (NR), and 12 donors, totaling about 75k cells at the single-cell level. Utilizing this integrated data, we offer a visualization tool detailing cell types and gene expression profiles.为给人类下丘脑类器官的相关研究提供便捷且全面的支撑平台，我们构建了HHOD（Human Hypothalamus Organoids Database，人类下丘脑类器官数据库）——一款基于网页的人类下丘脑类器官单细胞转录组数据库。该数据库收录了11个类器官的相关数据，样本类型涵盖对照组、双相情感障碍锂盐应答者（LR）、双相情感障碍锂盐无应答者（NR），以及12名供体的样本，单细胞层面总细胞数约75000个。依托这套整合数据集，我们提供了一款可视化工具，可详尽展示细胞类型与基因表达谱。
