Data from Capo et al. (2021) Microorganisms "Landscape setting drives the microbial eukaryotic community structure in four Swedish mountain lakes over the Holocene"

The data corresponds to sequencing results obtained from a metabarcoding approach applied to sedimentary DNA from lake Nylandssjön (Sweden). DNA extractions and PCR amplifications were performed as described in the related manuscript.<br>The two fastq files (P12215_101_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq and P12215_101_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq) correspond to the forward and reverse reads (respectively, not demultiplexed).A csv. file is provided given the name of each of the 96 molecular inventories and the forward and reverse tags sequences used for all of them. <br><br>More information about samples are provided in the Datasheet S1 from the associated manuscript (in prep)<br>

本数据集对应针对瑞典尼兰兹湖（Lake Nylandssjön）沉积DNA（sedimentary DNA）采用宏条形码（metabarcoding）技术获得的测序结果。DNA提取及聚合酶链式反应（PCR）扩增操作均按照相关研究手稿中的描述完成。
两个FASTQ格式文件（P12215_101_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq与P12215_101_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq）分别对应正向与反向测序读段，且未进行解复用处理。本次提供了一个CSV格式文件，其中包含96个分子测序文库的名称，以及所有文库所用的正向与反向标签序列。
