Kuroshio Region Metatranscriptomics

Raw metatranscriptomic samples were collected from multiple sampling sites in the South China Sea, regions impacted by the Kuroshio Current, and areas in the Western Pacific Ocean. Sampling spanned water depths from 0 to 200 meters. Sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 platform with PE150 configuration.

本数据集的原始宏转录组样本采集自南海多处采样点位、受黑潮（Kuroshio Current）影响的海域以及西太平洋区域。本次采样覆盖的水深范围为0至200米。测序工作在NovaSeq 6000测序平台上完成，采用PE150测序配置。
