牡蛎是在不同的条件下培养。测序建库使用美国Illumina®(NEB, USA)的NEBNext®Ultra™RNA Library Prep Kit生成。使用TruSeq PE Cluster Kit v3-cBot-HS (Illumia)在cBot集群生成系统上对索引编码的样本进行聚类。在Illumina Hiseq2000平台上对文库制剂进行测序，生成100bp的双端测序数据。
Oysters were cultured under different conditions. Sequencing libraries were constructed using the NEBNext® Ultra™ RNA Library Prep Kit from Illumina® (NEB, USA). Index-coded samples were clustered on the cBot Cluster Generation System using the TruSeq PE Cluster Kit v3-cBot-HS (Illumina). Libraries were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform, yielding 100 bp paired-end sequencing reads.
