1. Data Collection: Collect information including batch number, inspection date, inspection quantity, sample name, inspected microbial item, inspection standard, limit value, reported value and unit, etc.
2. Data Processing:
(1) Judge whether the limit value is exceeded in accordance with the General Provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition: samples with a reported value of "not detected" or a reported value less than or equal to the limit value are deemed as non-exceeding, while those in the opposite situation are deemed as exceeding. The IF and OR functions are specifically utilized for this determination.
(2) Total number of Escherichia coli tests for gamma oryzanol: the total number of tests included in the data statistics range.
(3) Count of problematic detections of Escherichia coli in gamma oryzanol: sum the number of tests that exceed the standard limit using the SUMIF function.
(4) Detection rate of Escherichia coli in gamma oryzanol = (Count of problematic detections of Escherichia coli in gamma oryzanol / Total number of Escherichia coli tests for gamma oryzanol) × 100%.
