本研究旨在鉴定BPTES处理后留存的间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cells, MSCs)的遗传变化,并筛选出经BPTES处理后表达恢复的衰老相关候选基因。通过分析U-MSCs与rS-MSCs的转录组,明确复制衰老在华通胶脐带间充质干细胞(Wharton's Jelly-Mesenchymal Stem Cells, WJ-MSCs)中的遗传调控意义。 实验设计总览: 1. 对经BPTES处理的U-MSCs与rS-MSCs的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析; 2. 对3批U-MSCs与rS-MSCs的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
