VPRS 273 Insolvency Appeals Briefs

From the passing of the County Court (Amendments) Act 1854 there has been the right to appeal to the Supreme Court against a judgment given in the County Court. This series contains the files of appeals made from the Court of Insolvency to the Supreme Court. Files include the notice of the appeal incorporating evidence regarding the appeal, the Insolvency Court Judges notes and report as required by the Insolvency Act, Orders of the Supreme Court relating to the appeal and other associated documents.
