This database contains experimental structures and computational structure models (CSM) from the PDB archive, and provides advanced search functionalities including query options like structural properties, sequence similarity and 3D similarity. RCSB PDB is jointly maintained by multiple partner institutions, and is a project funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. National Institutes of Health.
