Giant Cell tumors of Bone compared transcriptionally with metastatic bone cancers

Ten cases of giant cell tumors of bone have been transcriptionally compared with 6 cases of metastatic bone cancers. Sixteen cases of bone tumors were clinically and pathologically diagnosed, and total RNA samples of them were extracted by TRIzol. Extracted total RNA were treated by Ribo-Zero kit (epicentre), and their cDNA libraries were made by TruSeq RNA sample prep kit followed by individual adoptor indexs (Illumina).

本研究对10例骨巨细胞瘤样本与6例转移性骨癌样本开展转录组水平比较。16例骨肿瘤均经临床与病理确诊，采用TRIzol试剂提取所有样本的总RNA。提取得到的总RNA经Epicentre公司的Ribo-Zero试剂盒处理，随后采用Illumina公司的TruSeq RNA样本制备试剂盒构建cDNA文库，并为每个样本添加个体化的接头索引。
