We applied chemical-assisted, m6A-SEAL method to profile m6A distributions in the transcriptomes of human and plant cells and compared its results against MeRIPm6A-seq. Overall design: Examination for RNA methylation states on different species by chemical assisted method (m6A-SEAL) and antibody-based method (MeRIP-seq), then analyzed and compared the performance of those two methods.

本研究采用化学辅助m⁶A-SEAL（m6A-SEAL）方法，对人类与植物细胞转录组中的m⁶A分布进行图谱分析，并将其结果与MeRIPm⁶A-seq（MeRIPm6A-seq）进行对比。
实验整体设计：采用化学辅助法（m6A-SEAL）与基于抗体的MeRIP-seq（MeRIPm6A-seq）对不同物种的RNA甲基化状态开展检测，随后对两种方法的性能展开分析与对比。
