Precursor-derived peracetic acid to to aid the successful rearing of piglets without recourse to antibiotic treatment. Impact of precursor-derived peracetic acid on post-weaning diarrhea , intestinal microbiota and predicted microbial functional genes in weaned pigs

Genomic DNA was isolated from 144 samples, represented by the luminal content of stomach, ileum and caecum from 48 piglets. Library preparation was carried out via amplicon and index PCR methods, resulting in 2 x 300bp paired end read MiSeq gene sequencing. A total of 2 negative controls were included in the sequencing pipeline.

本研究从144份样本中提取了基因组DNA（Genomic DNA），该批样本取自48头仔猪的胃、回肠及盲肠的腔内容物。通过扩增子与索引聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）方法完成文库构建，最终获得2×300bp双端读段的MiSeq基因测序数据。本次测序流程中共纳入2份阴性对照。
