Simple-delayed: code and results for "Simple repair policies with delays for systems with simultaneous failures"

Julia code, experiment grid, structural signatures and computed results of the computational study of the paper “Simple repair policies with delays for systems with simultaneous failures: exact costs and the value of knowing which components failed”. For the 20 benchmark networks of Yeh et al. (2024), 31 Lévy-frailty Marshall-Olkin failure models and 16 repair delays (9,920 configurations), the code computes the exact long-run mean costs of all r-out-of-n repair policies with the closed forms of the paper, the optimal count-based policies, and the optimal state-based policies for the 18 networks with at most 27 components. The code is released under the MIT License and the data and results under CC BY 4.0.
