资源简介：
本数据为中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所，冰冻圈科学国家重点实验室，青藏高原冰冻圈观测试验研究站长期定位地温观测数据。本数据集为2003-2010年北麓河（QT02）多年冻土活动层月均数据。SOILT为土壤温度，单位为摄氏度（℃）；WATER为土壤水分，单位为%。
This dataset is long-term in-situ ground temperature observation data from the Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, and the Permafrost Observation and Experimental Research Station on the Tibetan Plateau. This dataset contains monthly average data of the active layer of permafrost at Beiluhe (QT02) from 2003 to 2010. SOILT stands for soil temperature, with the unit of degrees Celsius (℃); WATER stands for soil moisture, with the unit of %.
