Western Blotting images fro ELANE and PADI4 quantification

Ponceau S staining, as well as Western Blot against Actin, Padi4 and Elane were performed onthe same membrane. The membrane was cut horizontally based on the molecular weight marker after transfer to allow parallel probing of the different proteins on the same sample. <br>All original images, as well as cropped images, are labelled in their file names. <br>Quantification results from ImageJ are reported in NeutrophilLysate_WB_RawData_ImageJ.xlsx.<br>Western Blot (WB) #5 images showed poor transfer and were not clean, so the same samples were run again on WB #10. WB #5 was thus excluded and WB #10 was included in ourquantifications and analyses.<br>WB #6 was used as the representative image for the manuscript figure.

本研究在同一张转印膜上先后完成了丽春红S（Ponceau S）染色，以及针对肌动蛋白（Actin）、肽酰精氨酸脱亚胺酶4（Padi4）和Elane的蛋白质印迹（Western Blot，WB）检测。转印完成后，根据分子量标志物（molecular weight marker）对转印膜进行横向裁切，以实现同一样本中不同靶蛋白的平行检测。
所有原始图像与裁剪图像均已在各自的文件名中完成标注。
ImageJ软件生成的定量结果已汇总至文件NeutrophilLysate_WB_RawData_ImageJ.xlsx中。
第5次蛋白质印迹实验（WB #5）的转印效果不佳且条带清晰度较差，因此针对同一样本重新开展了第10次蛋白质印迹实验（WB #10）。本研究最终排除WB #5的实验数据，将WB #10纳入定量分析与统计范畴。
本研究选取WB #6的实验结果作为论文配图的代表性图像。
