Supervised results table

This is a CSV-formatted table of results from the paper "Deep learning of representations for transcriptomics-based phenotype prediction" by Aaron M. Smith, et. al.<br>The results listed in this file are all supervised evaluation results. Each row contains a nested cross validation score of a model on a single supervised task, as well as metadata describing which model was used and which task was evaluated.

本数据集为Aaron M. Smith等人发表的学术论文"Deep learning of representations for transcriptomics-based phenotype prediction"（面向转录组学表型预测的表征深度学习）中的实验结果CSV（逗号分隔值，Comma-Separated Values）格式表格。
本文件中收录的全部结果均为监督式评估结果。每一行均包含单个监督任务下对应模型的嵌套交叉验证（nested cross validation）得分，同时附带记录所使用模型与待评估任务的元数据。
