This study presents different datasets for arable fields (mostly winter wheat) focusing on the occurence and distribution of weeds. The data accompany the PhD dissertation of Laura Kellermann [KELLERMANN L (2024) World hunger versus biodiversity. Transformation apporaches towards a sustainable agricultural system. Dissertation, Fakultät für Biowissenschaften, Universität Heidelberg. S. 1-108.].
The file data_R_scripts.xlsx contain metadata of the various fields, a description of columns and rows is found with sheet "notes on columns". The second file Mapping_SpeciesPerField_clean.xlsx provides the detailed mapping results. Here values according to Braun-Blanquet (r,+,1,2,3,4,5,x) have been transformed into percentage values according to Güngör (2011) (0,01/0,02/0,04/0,15/0,375/0,625/0,875/0,01).

文件data_R_scripts.xlsx包含各试验田的元数据,列与行的说明详见工作表"notes on columns"。第二个文件Mapping_SpeciesPerField_clean.xlsx提供了详细的物种分布映射结果。其中,采用布朗-布朗凯(Braun-Blanquet)盖度等级的赋值(r、+、1、2、3、4、5、x)已按照Güngör(2011)的方法转换为百分比值(0.01/0.02/0.04/0.15/0.375/0.625/0.875/0.01)。
