In this study, 18 kiwifruit seedlings of uniform size were selected as experimental materials and divided into two groups of 9 plants each. 9 plants were used as the control group with soil moisture maintained at 80-85% and then divided into three groups, numbered CK1, CK2 and CK3; the other 9 plants were subjected to a drought treatment, in which the watering was stopped until the soil humidity was 40-45%, and they were subjected to drought stress for 72 h and randomly divided into three groups, numbered T1, T2 and T3. 3 samples in each numbered group were observed and recorded, and physiological indexes such as plant height and leaf relative water content were observed and recorded sequentially. The other 9 plants were randomly divided into three groups, numbered as T1, T2 and T3. 3 samples were recorded in each group, and the growth indexes such as plant height and leaf relative water content were observed and recorded in each group, and the leaves of each sample were taken out as experimental materials in turn, and stored in liquid nitrogen for transcriptome sequencing.
