CRISPRi screen of long non-coding RNAs in human embryonic stem cells

We perform genomic screen of lncRNAs in hESC to identify growth-modifying genes by the quantification of enrichment or depletion of their KD clones within a pooled library relative to their abundance in the initial time point.
