Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and different multipotent progenitor populations (MPPs) contained in the Lin- Sca-1+ c-Kit+ (LSK) compartment have previously been identified using diverse surface marker panels. However, a comprehensive and complete characterization of the complete LSK compartment is lacking to date. Here, we present a single cell RNA sequencing of LSK cells that was used to establish trajectories within the HSPC compartment. A related bulk 3'-seq study of HSCs and MPP1-4 cells was also conducted, available in the ArrayExpress database under accession number E-MTAB-7391. Another related 3'-seq study of MPP5 population is available in the ArrayExpress database under accession number E-MTAB-9135.

造血干细胞(Hematopoietic stem cells, HSCs)及Lin⁻Sca-1⁺c-Kit⁺(LSK)分区内包含的各类多能祖细胞群(multipotent progenitor populations, MPPs),此前已通过多种表面标志物组合得以鉴定。但截至目前,针对完整LSK分区的全面且完整的特征解析仍存在空白。本研究对LSK细胞开展单细胞RNA测序,以此构建造血干祖细胞(hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, HSPC)分区内的细胞分化轨迹。此外,本研究还同步开展了针对HSCs与MPP1-4细胞的批量3'端测序相关研究,该数据集可在ArrayExpress数据库中通过登录号E-MTAB-7391获取。另有一项针对MPP5群体的3'端测序相关研究,可通过ArrayExpress数据库的登录号E-MTAB-9135获取。
