Open Reading Frame Changes in Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus during Serial Infection of Pregnant Swine

This project examines the effects of passage of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) in pregnant sows to examine changes that occur with serial passage. The sequence of the original inoculum of BVDV is examined here.
