Purpose: The goals of this study is to determine the differential expression of transcriptome in cardiomyocyte-specific Tbx20 overexpressing adult heart (DTG) compared to controls (STG). Overall design: Tbx20 overexpression in cardiomyocytes was induced in 8-week old mice. The differential expression of transcriptome in cardiomyocyte-specific Tbx20 overexpressing adult heart compared to controls was analyzed 4 weeks after.
研究目的：本研究旨在明确心肌细胞特异性Tbx20过表达的成年心脏（DTG）与对照组（STG）之间的转录组差异表达特征。
整体实验设计：于8周龄小鼠体内诱导心肌细胞特异性Tbx20过表达，在诱导4周后，分析该过表达成年心脏与对照组心脏的转录组差异表达情况。
